  • Encourage Prosper Portland create a medical Tax Increment Financing District in the South Waterfront area.
  • Cut inefficiencies and redundancies in the city budget.
  • Propose a Public Utility District County measure be passed in 2026.

Housing and Affordability

  • Fast track permit applications that have passed plan reviews and get permits issued within 60 days or less.
  • Propose a ban on the purchase of single family homes and apartment buildings by hedge funds and equity funds.
  • Offer tax incentives for local developers to build work force housing. 
  • Propose The Renter's Bill of Rights.  

Public Safety

  • Fully fund Portland Street Response and the Fire Bureau's CHAT team to operate 24 hours daily.
  • Work alongside the Police Chief in hiring more police officers. 
  • Propose that first responders must live within the city of Portland.
  • Require city employees come back to the office.
  • Propose community policing. 
  • Rapidly stand up the Portland Police Accountability Commission. 
  • Update the city's sustainability plan to include the Central Energy Infrastructure Hub.
